03/11: Deconstruction and preparation for building on the former site of the Department for public safety und Disaster Control on Heßstraße 120, 80797 MunicH

The property on Heßstraße 120, the site of Department for public safety und Disaster Control, is under deconstruction and it is prepared for redevelopment so that rebuilding as planned by the municipal building council of the City of Munich (New Fire Department No. 4) can take place.

KSM Baumanagement GmbH was commissioned by the Community Office of Munich to examine the contamination of the property and plan the deconstruction of the building.

03/11: Underground Recycling Depots in Messestadt Riem

By order of the AWM (Waste and Disposal Authorities München) KSM Baumanagment GmbH will be responsible for the planning, proposal phase and construction management for the construction of four underground recycling depots at different sites on the area of Messestadt Riem in Munich.

Additional depots will follow in the course of the construction work. KSM is completely in charge of the choice of sites, all liaisons with sub-contractors, involved committees and boards and the responsible departments of the city council.

03/11: Technical Project Coordination of the former Röttiger Barracks in Hamburg

In the course of the development of the Röttiger Barracks KSM Baumanagement GmbH was contracted as partner within a work group to be in charge of the technical project coordination of the redevelopment of the facilities, the decontamination of hazardous substances and removal of old environmental damage in preparation for later redevelopment.
